To introduce a new high-end, personalized service and experience concept in Lapland for international markets, we will identify a niche target market by understanding their needs and motivations. Using these insights, we’ll develop a unique concept that merges Lapland’s natural beauty with bespoke luxury experiences. This concept will undergo testing in select international markets to refine its appeal. Our ultimate goal is to make Lapland a premier destination for personalized, high-end travel, catering to a new niche market.
